Shane Clark Marine has been operating since 2018 as a a fully licensed & insured general construction company. Two years later he expanded his services into Marine Construction. Today we operated as a full-service Marine Contracting Company specializing in bulkheads, pilings and retaining walls.
About Shane Clark Marine’s Team
An Outer Banks true local, Shane’s love for construction began at an early age while watching his dad around the house and running his own cosntruction business. Seeing the growing demand for construction on the Outer Banks, Shane decided to branch out after years of gaining expereince under one of the OBX’s top General Constractors. In 2020 Shane saw the need for more Marine Construction services and decided to give it a go. Shane Clark Marine is now a fully licensed & insured Marine Contracting Company. Throughout the years, Shane has learned the ins-and-outs of owning a successful Marine Construction company- from effectively repairing bulkheads, constructing new ones to installing boat lifts. Two of Shane’s biggest assets he brings to his customers are his attention to detail and wanting to maintain the natural beauty of the Outer Banks. Shane is constantly exploring and learning different techniques to better serve his customers.

Growing up in Ohio, Jillian grew fond of the Outer Banks while visiting for summer vacations. She decided to make OBX her permanent home in 2015 after moving here from Columbus, OH. With a degree in community leadership from Ohio State University, Jillian has experience working with different organizations to help develop programs to satisfy their companies needs. Utilizing her professional skills in personal finance along with program development, she has helped structure the company we are today.

Shane Clark Marine has a dedicated, professional crew with a combined 20+ years of experience. All of our employees have extensive knowledge of marine construction while working in a safe and respectful working environment. They are highly skilled and trained in all construction aspects while taking pride in their work.

Shane & Jillian operate Shane Clark Marine as a family-run business. They have two children, Capri and Jack.
